Probably the worst building in BKK. All the reviews here are by staff and not actual residents. We lived here only for 2 months and have to break our lease as the constant construction noise from morning till evening is unbearable. Building management is useless and just smile to your face and does absolutely nothing. A slap in the face was on Christmas morning we were woken up by the beautiful sound of construction, we asked the building staff if they could honour us the rest on Christmas Day at least, we were asked “ when are you guys leaving?” We were really asked to leave our home ON…
Lower floors of this building is cockroach infested. I stay on 9th floor. I get maid to clean my unit regularly. Never cooked inside the unit and only rarely eat takeouts inside the unit. But still the coackroach problem is the worst I have seen in Thailand. Pest control service from the juristic office is not effective at all. 1st Posted video of a huge coackroach running around is taken on the day after I move in ( unit was thoroughly cleaned before the lease) 2nd Posted photo is a pile of coackroach feces that appear after a 1 week trip away ( wasn’t there before) I have stayed at condos…
It’s considerably one of the best condos on Sukhumvit road (around Thonglor and Ekamai). Very impressive ambiance and decoration in the building along with good concierge and juristic management. The only disadvantage is limited view from northern and western directions, due to its neighbor buildings.

Very convenient location. Enjoy Thonglor lifestyle easily. BTS Skywalk is only a short walk from here!!
Unfortunately once the so called Luxury condos are sold they don’t care much anymore. At Hyde 13 they built a hotel with a noisy roof bar disco next to it disturbing residents with loud music every night
Fabulous condominium on Sukhumvit Rd. only 300m. from BTS Thonglor. Modern classic style condominium comes with 100% parking space. This condominium is highly recommended for both own living and investment.
the location is nice for people who enjoy city life. Perfect choice for an investment.
