Very nice place I hope they can add more clothes shops or maybe build a second floor that may have extra shops But current services are awesome
I went to the food court just to eat a little… but then I saw KFC, Pizza Hut, and Domino’s 😄 so I said, “Why choose one?” KFC chicken was crispy, Pizza Hut was super cheesy, and Domino’s pizza was hot and yummy. After eating all this, only thing left was to walk slowly and smile happily 😂. Best food court visit, will come again for sure visited the food court and tried food from KFC, Pizza Hut, and Domino’s Pizza. KFC was really good, especially the fried chicken which was crispy and tasty. Pizza Hut had soft crust and cheesy pizza, very delicious. Domino’s pizza was also fresh, hot, and full…
Very good market for shopping.
Convenient for main needs to the people living nearby (Grocery shopping, some restaurants and cafe, money exchange, laundry, gym, barbershop and sweets…etc), but not for weekend leisure as it doesn’t have entertainment venues like cinema or play zone.

A cozy spot. Offers basic essentials like grocery shopping, fast food, bakery treats, and some window shopping. Nothing exceptional, but it serves the everyday needs well.
I recently visited The Courtyard Mall and was pleasantly surprised by its calm and peaceful atmosphere. The evening hours are perfect for a relaxed visit, with no crowds to navigate. Parking is plentiful, making it a convenient option. It has Lulu , Bath & Body works and other renowned shops. The mall also features an EV charging station, which is a great addition for eco-friendly visitors. Overall, I highly recommend The Courtyard Mall for a serene and enjoyable evening out.
It's almost 5 months now, and i am a regular here. It is a good place for shopping as it has a Lulu hypermarket. Apart from hypermarket, there are also electronic shops, a gym, hairdresser shop, food joints like the KFC, the Dominos, Food junction, and so on. There's also a Starbucks outlet You can also find a pharmacy inside and an ATM machine. I guess there's no posh malls like this in the vicinity. So fits perfectly to this growing City of luxurious Villas in Madinat al Riyad,
The Courtyard Mall Newly opened mall located in Al Riyad in New Al Falah. Currently only Lulu Hypermarket is fully functional. Few shops on the ground floor that are open. Prayer room for men and women. Green parking space for hybrid cars. Parking space is available. Wheelchair accessible.
