From the very beginning of my apartment search, Nicole was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Linea Linea LINEA! This place was so beautiful I hate to have to go back to my current home after seeing this property. Not to mention the top notch customer service. Ellijah, was very warm and welcoming with a very bubbly spirit. Morgan, was such a pleasure! She knew everything and made sure I was informed with the right information. We recently toured the Linea apartment complex as my daughter was relocating to Charlotte from Chicago. We were greeted by Nicole, and she was fantastic from start to finish! Nicole was informative and helpful as she took the time to explain every detail about the property and community. She’s a wonderful listener and made sure to answer all our daughters questions thoroughly, giving her great suggestions on many things including the in's and out's of the move-in process. I’ve been a resident here for about three months as a transplant from Utah, and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Though you pay a premium to live here, you do, in exchange, get a premium experience. I toured 16 different apartment complexes in the Charlotte area before I found Linea and ended my search then and there. The 24-hour staff has been very attentive with my requests and have made living here a 5-star experience. Whenever I bring a friend over, they’re impressed with the amenities and atmosphere here. I have just recently moved to Charlotte and toured Linea last week and was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in and my leasing agent Nicole greeted me I was blown away. Throughout the entire tour she was engaging, personable, and genuinely cared about addressing each of my wants for a new apartment. As a fitness enthusiast, she made sure to discuss and show me the amazing gym; and I can fully say it is the best apartment gym I have ever seen. Wow!! This place has awesome apartments. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!! I want to give a special shout-out to Nicole, who gave me my tour. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. My family and I had the pleasure of being shown around The Linea by Destiney, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. Destiney walked us through all of the amazing recreational spaces and amenities, and she really made the experience fun and engaging. I’m a current resident here at Linea, and I must say, I absolutely love it! I relocated from across the country, and my incredible leasing agent, Sharnetta, made the process incredibly smooth. From the initial tours to my move-in, she and the Linea team went above and beyond to ensure I felt right at home.
