The building itself is nice and well maintained. The furniture and apartment layouts are better than many similar residences. Unfortunately, the management completely ruins the experience. The building feels more like a fancy prison than a place to live. Guests are basically not allowed you can’t sit in the lobby with friends, facilities can’t be used with visitors, and even something as simple as a nanny sitting in the lobby is not permitted. Common area lights are even turned off at night, which makes the place feel unwelcoming.To make things worse, during move-out they charge residents…
Review Update! Turned out that this tower is "excessively maintained", to a crippling degree. We as residents and guests felt uncomfortable, and constantly/excessively monitored. That was always annoying; this is supposed to be a residence, it should feel human, a social space. Even the staff there were visibly on their edge, always tense, which was very uncomfortable to notice. Then, upon vacating our apartment, there are those deductions from the security deposit, and the charges issues regarding kitchen "deep cleaning", oven "deep cleaning", and worse still, "curtain deep cleaning", a…
Review update: We had a pleasant stay at Burj Al Ola for one year. However, new tenants should be aware that, at the end of the lease, there will be unjustified deductions from the security deposit. Charges were applied for items such as kitchen deep cleaning, oven deep cleaning, and curtain deep cleaning... etc. *** I couldn’t be happier living at Burj Al Ola! I moved into Floresta Gardens 101 last month, and I absolutely love my new home! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I need. The facilities are top-notch, and the level of service from the entire staff is genuinely heartfelt and professional. Our apartment is beautifully furnished, and the view is simply stunning. I can truly see this becoming our long-term home. I highly recommend Floresta Gardens 101 to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!
