The employees are rude as hell! If I treated my customers the way they treated me, I would have been fired on the spot! I think they are trained to be rude. Either that or they just don't give a damn about anything but their paycheck! I have been trying to find a way to contact the CEO, Jason Meyer, but I have to pay to get his information. Maybe someone will forward this to him and he will reach out to me. If not, then I know that this company is a joke and that he is just like the rest of his employees and he doesn't care about people any more than his employees do. If I was the CEO of this…

Despite having paid an outstanding invoice 3 months ago, which were then followed up with 2 phone conversations to Frost Arnett, I continue to receive letters by mail, emails and text messages. Today, I called again after receiving a text message to let them know the bill had been resolved 3 months ago. They saw I had called in their records but said they would NOT contact their client to verify the payment. Wow...what do these people get paid to do then? They probably get paid by the letter, email and text...think about it. Attention business owners: Want to ruin your relationship with…

I received ZERO notice from my medical provider about a bill from TWO years ago, and the first time I heard about it was through this debt collector. When I called to understand what was happening, the representative spoke down to me in such a condescending tone, like they saw me as trash or a delinquent, instead of someone trying to get clarity on an unexpected charge. I’m sure they deal with rude people every day, but that doesn’t justify being rude to someone who is literally calling to RESOLVE the issue. If I were a delinquent, would I be calling to fix it? NO! I tried explaining that the…

Very disappointed in the agency that sent this to Frost-Arnett because I NEVER NEVER received an invoice after I made the first payment and I am double disappointed I never received an invoice or email from Frost-Arnett so this could be cleared up immediately. I was told I was sent a TEXT. Who in their right mind with all the scams going on these days relies on a text or even an email to communicate business???? That is ludicrous. I had to give one star to make this review, but please don't think I feel any of these folks deserve a single star.

Had my “debt” and I say debt very loosely because it was a $40 charge that never got billed to me due to a billing error + admin error on the urgent care’s side for 1. Mistyping my address and 2. Forgetting to input my bill on to the portal and instead leaving it on Pathgroup’s portal (which we do not have access to via the urgent care) in which it ultimately went to this Frost Arnett company to be collected. Fine. Cool. Just a misunderstanding all around, right? Not quite. This Frost Arnett company had the rudest person I have ever spoken to on the phone, laughing at me, making snide…

I wish I can rate this “company” 0 stars! They keep calling my mom’s phone number and ask about me. I spoke to them on my mom’s phone and gave my first name and number. Then proceeded to ask me more personal information and didn’t tell me what this call is regarding to and couldn’t tell me and as I was on the phone with this “company” I can hear a noise like he’s recording the conversation. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION AND DEFINITELY DONT SAY “YES” TO ANYTHING! Be safe out there

Sent me a bill for several thousand dollars with zero information except for the dollar amount they alleged I owed. Problem is the hospital I used has an umbrella policy in that every medical staffer involved in surgeries under their roof are fully cover via insurance. I have 2 insurances so when one doesn't cover the entirety of the cost the other kicks in. After calling every billing department for general, surgeons and anesthesiology I was advised that all my billing was paid in full by the insurance companies and no money was owed and that included the specialists who assisted the…

It appears that they try to corral a patient into having to call becouse they claim they have no email. And it's to thier advantage . They say its being recorded but I know that they have control of the recordingsThen its an argument and extra cost to me ,the paient to get a certified copy . I know that an email for the patient to respond in a quick and timely manner and in written low cost form would benefit the patient. Also it appears to me that this is all part of a scam.. Dr then Hospital, then Insurance , then alleged out pocket costs. Then colection..One big circle for profit s . And…
