They have such an amazing concierge team that is very caring and attentive! Amenities are really clean and well kept. The Pool is always heated which is great!

I’ve sold in most of the luxury high rises in this fantastic city we get to call home, FL and their team have done a wonderful job! My clients had some issues arise with the walk through and delivery of their penthouse unit. When you’re shelling out multi millions and it’s new, perfect needs to be the word used. Having been in real estate for over 20 years, I have witnessed firsthand the challenge of balancing design, functionality, and long-term livability when creating a residential building. First Light nails that balance—bringing together world-class architecture, thoughtful design, and a distinctly high-end yet understated aesthetic. My favorite features is the incredible glass wall system. It slides and folds away to completely open up the living area to the outdoors, creating a natural extension of your indoor living space. The main problem in this building (and it’s a Huge one) is that the developer did very low ceilings on each floor to accommodate more floors. The ceilings are around 8 feet tall and for the insane prices they’re asking, you can’t have brand new units with very low ceilings. Ceiling height is extremely important.

Amazing facility, but terrible management. I visited and stayed with a friend who lives here and the experience was disappointing from the start. Management seemed to be policing us at every turn, making it impossible to relax and enjoy what should have been a top-tier property. Instead of feeling welcomed, the entire stay felt like being micromanaged. At one point, while using the amenities, my friend stepped away to take a private call. Within minutes, the concierge was contacting them on their mobile to say his guest (me) wasn’t allowed to be anywhere without their presence. The constant…
Seattle needs more affordable housing... NOT MORE PLACES THAT ARE ONLY FOR THE RICH!!!!!!! There are people living in tents on the sidewalk of this place!
Every day I pass by this building, and it’s exciting to see how close they are to finally opening. The design is so striking—there’s something surreal about seeing a pool that extends beyond the building’s edge. It’s such a bold, unique architectural feature. The glass veil that wraps around the lower levels is equally impressive, giving the whole structure a sleek, modern look. I can only imagine how incredible it must be to live in a place like this. I’m honestly a bit envious of whoever gets to call it home!
I am beyond excited for the grand opening of First Light! This building is truly a gem in the city, and the design is absolutely stunning. One of the most unique features we’re looking forward to is the one-of-a-kind rooftop pool! The thought of relaxing up there with incredible views of the skyline is something you can’t find anywhere else. The attention to detail in every aspect of the building’s architecture and amenities shows that this place is setting a new standard for luxury living.
