Walk in for 3 person massage. No walk ins just appointment according to the reception. I booked the appointment for the 3 of us the next day at 12 noon. Went back for our booking only to be told that there is one available massage. Paid 1400. Service very poor. Bookings horrible. Not worth the money. Expertise average. The price they charge do not commensurate to their services. Pricey!

Asked to be scheduled for acne injection the following day. Person replied to me saying nurse is only available at 12NN but I asked if 4PM was available. Told me to just walk in instead. Upon walking in today, they told me their nurse has their day off. Should have told me earlier instead of wasting my time going.

My gad! Went here Wednesday for a derma appointment for my husband. They said the doctor is scheduled Fri- Sat. Okay no worries. We had then set an appointment for Saturday 3PM. Saturday comes, my husband went there 12PM just to check appointment for 3PM. Okay daw. So he came back 2:30PM and is waiting for his turn. 3PM wala pa. 3:30 wala padin. They only attended to him 4PM na! Whats the point of the appointment? Ndi nyo pala susundan. Do not go here. Sasayangin lang oras nyo. Doctor is so-so. Not worth it, marami pang better Derma outside.

🚫DON'T GO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DAMAGE YOUR FACE!!!🚫 Not sure if their lasers are real. Condition of my partner got worst after 2 lasers with several consultation and other treatments within 9 months of going back and forth. Even when we escalated our concerns several times to the doctor and to management. Acne was POORLY MANAGED, coming from milia to severe acne. 😭😓😢 they wouldn't even refund unconsumed sessions nor give compensation for the damage done. DAYTIME ROBBERY!!!! Such a waste of time and money. 💔 We'll have to spend AGAIN to cure what has been damaged by this clinic. Please do…

Worst! I am expecting too much with Skin Manila but the service is mediocre. Imagine I paid 3k for a facial that only took less than 30min. I wish I was lying pero come on guys! I have been in many facial clinics before, pero this is by far the worst experience that I have. Guys if you are planning to go here take your money elsewhere.

If you want a consultation from a dermatologist there are only there on Saturday. We we fortunate and was able to get one after a 10 minute wait. I can’t say how prices are compared to others except for the massage that I got was very good but cost more compared to others I had - although significantly cheaper compared to USA

The dermatologist is only in on every other Saturday of the month and only on the afternoon. You have to make an appt for an initial consultation so 4 weeks ago I made an appt for 12:00 pm for January 21. I showed up for my appt on time and they didn't have me on the schedule and said he had an emergency but was on his way. I waited over two hours and finally told the counter help that I'd have to reschedule. My new appt was 2:00 pm today and when I got there on time, they asked me to have a seat and would be right with me. They came over to tell me the doctor had another emergency and…
