I own several properties in Montréal from various developers, and this building stands out as the best by far. Its prime location, indoor subway access, extensive amenities, beautifully designed lobby, and high-quality suite finishes truly set it apart from the rest. I am extremely pleased with the overall experience.
While the 24/7 doormen, location and building amenities are perks, the units themselves are very poorly constructed. I’ve had to report issues to management every month since move-in, from faulty outlets and jammed door locks, to a leaking AC unit and floorboards lifting. The sound insulation is virtually non-existent. Walls shake when neighbours slam their door shut, you can hear conversations through the walls, heavy footsteps thumping above at all hours, and conversations in the hall as if the doors were open. Important Note for Prospective Buyers: Please be aware that condos located on the Notre-Dame street side may be affected by noise disturbances. There is a nearby bar that frequently plays loud music on weeknights, which has significantly impacted my ability to enjoy a peaceful environment. Despite multiple reports to the appropriate authorities, the issue remains unresolved. I strongly recommend considering this factor before making a purchase decision.
DONT RENT OR BUY!!!! So many problems. 1) the worst is the fire alram goes off at least 1 time a week on a good week. All hours of the day and or night and goes on for hours at a time. 2)The materials used in units are cheap everything breaks 3) windows have not been cleaned in years they are all very dirty!! 4) pool and sauna are always modly!! The apartment units make loud cracking sounds due to poor window installations, and in the summer, it gets even worse. The noise is so extreme that it can wake you up at night. I have been living here for 2 years and have been experiencing noise and bad food odour from neighbours due to horrible ventilation system. From what I understand the windows were install very poorly resulted in vibration and all this was reported to property management Solution Condo with no results. They are extremely unprofessional property management company. Next step will be filing a lawsuit to the developer Broccolini for compensation.

This building is managed very poorly by Solution Condo. Important misfunctions in the units (such as ventilation) have been reported, but nothing has been done. You're paying high fees for a nice view, but know that windows have not been cleaned for 2+ Years.
