I visited Skin Station for a Hyal C Facial, but my experience was ruined by the unprofessional service. The esthetician decided on her own to include a diamond peel in my treatment, which I never requested. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, she insisted that I pay an additional 600 pesos. It was their mistake, yet I was made to feel uncomfortable and pressured to cover the cost. The entire experience was awkward and disappointing. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer consent is unacceptable.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this branch. I waited over an hour for my appointment, only for the machine to break down when it was finally my turn. Now I have to wait even longer. lol
