The scam is: this Renovar will chat you using a different messenger name. They will set an appointment for the 499 facial. once you're there, they will upgrade your payment to P20k without explaining the difference. Then will FORCE you to purchase a 149k package. you will be given a free item but will not entertain you anymore once you need to avail. this is traumatizing. I am just walking in Festival Mall that day looking for a resto then a girl named Andrea approached me and rub some scrub on my hand and she guide me to their stall to wipe it with tissue and the nightmare starts there. They started promoting their product and started to point out all the insecruities i have on my face. A total scam. They would try to sales talk you while doing the procedure. The service is not very giving, it's not very sanitized coz they would only use one brush for all the process and they'll made you wait for over 30 mins even just to go outside and talk to some people, also, the one that assisted me wore a coat which was not appropriate for someone that's doing facial, wore a gloves and then hold random things such as phones and whatnots. And on top of that, when you don't avail their so called "packages" they would not dare say goodbye to you when the service is done.

The promotion and sale of their services are literally a scam. I saw an advertisement online for cryotherapy for 499 and decided to try a session. During the session, a woman who introduced herself as a professional aesthetician examined me and pointed out all my imperfections. She then insisted I try a facial and other devices to "improve" my face, I humbly declined. She then offered me 15% off then 30% but I still declined. Renovar Wellness is located at the 2nd floor, right wing of Festival Supermall opposite Planet Sports. They have soft couches and a clean facility. Payments can be made either in cash or GCash. Aside from facial treatment, they have a cocoon capsule as well (forgot to research its use). During my facial, they use machines too, and advise me to wet my face only after 3 hours of treatment. The service was good. They don't recommend any face cream, but the thing that turned me off sometimes is the remarks "tulog na si Sir." Went here to avail of the facial to relax and pamper myself but ended up getting stressed. The whole duration of the facial, the aesthetician keeps on talking to me to upsell their products and persuade me to get their 149k membership. I politely declined and told them that big purchases need to be thought of carefully first. I recommend this place to those who want to throw away money while ruining their skin. About 2 months ago, I got the 60k package for 6 sessions of facial and 6 sessions of EMS. The staff were nice during the days I paid for my membership. I left my other credit card at home so the manager told me I could just come back another day within the week to pay for the other half. They were friendly and accommodating and full of promises because they got another gullible person as their victim. So goodbye 60k payable in 24 months!
