Recently, I had a superficial abrasion affecting my nose and upper lip area. It’s been one of the most difficult thing that happened, good thing Santos Skin Clinic is to the rescue. Dr. Santos is a good doctor. Once you come in and tell him your problems, he brings out a book and explains your condition, which is a plus. He then provides you with medication, creams, or whatever treatment is needed and advises you to come back. What I don’t like is the process. He simply prescribes medication without asking if you are taking any maintenance drugs or other medications (Asthma, High blood). Once, he prescribed me a tablet that caused my heart to palpitate. The most reliable doctor. Also does home delivery for his custom-made creams. Very compassionate and he calls you all the time to follow up on your skin progress. Even after leaving the Philippines he is still very attentive.

I've been seeing Doc Ariel for a year now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I've received. "Clinic is not safe for TRANS." Sorry to say, if you're TRANS, do not go to this clinic. I went to this clinic because of the many reviews on Google Maps. However, during my session with Doctor Santos, I cannot express my disappointment. He told me that I should stop my HRT and that he could not give me medications for my skin condition unless I stopped my HRT. He even told me that what I'm doing can cause cancer; I am fully aware of that, sir; before trans people are prescribed the medication, they are required to sign a waiver indicating those possible side effects. Super satisfied customer here...my mother has a chronic venous disease and he is the only derma that healed her. We've been to several expensive derma clinics before Doc Ariel but they didn't solve my mom's case. Doc Ariel is very approachable and he helps even outside clinic hours. Very thankful we found Doc Ariel and his humble clinic.
