Very friendly, excellent customer service. They ran out of my favorite flavor. The guy made recommendations and then told me which ones taste better with the milks that I am not allergic to. Cannot recommend enough
There’s no shortage of bubble tea spots in Chinatown, each with its own twist. But I’ve got to say, this particular tea shop is a standout. It’s not just about the delicious bubble tea recipes (which are amazing, by the way). It’s also about the heart behind it. Alex, the owner, really takes the time to chat with his customers and make sure they’re loving every sip. You can tell he’s put a lot of care into choosing top-quality ingredients, which really sets this place apart. So if you’re in Chinatown, do yourself a favor and try this one first!
A truly refreshing experience—both in drink and service. We were warmly welcomed by an exceptionally kind employee (a lovely Indian girl) who went above and beyond to accommodate our customizations without hesitation. The drinks were absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and full of flavor. But what stood out most was her service: despite the shop being busy, she personally walked outside to hand-deliver our order with a genuine smile. That small gesture made a big impression. If you’re anywhere near Chinatown — or just driving through — this is THE bubble tea stop. Open 24/7, great quality, and friendly service no matter the hour. Staff are attentive, fast, and truly care about getting your drink right. It’s obvious that the owner is hands-on and as passionate as can be, about the place. I don’t think the staff here can understand any instructions. I had requested for a Brown Sugar Milk Tea with 50% brown sugar and less ice , and was served a 100% sugar and 100% ice. I didn’t even notice the sugar difference and asked them about the 100% ice and was being told that that’s part of the recipe and nothing can be done about it. Absolutely hearing first time from any Bubble tea place this weird reasoning!!! And then I came back and took the first sip and its toooo sweet. Then after checking I saw this 100% sugar.
