Soup dumplings were super delicious, the general tao chicken was good but the rice was a bit mushy, and the sauce could have a bit more flavour. On top of that the spring rolls were super light in colour and didn’t seem that they had been fried long enough. Peanut butter dumplings were yummy but also very mushy. I would only recommend the xiaolongbao and the cucumber salad!
I ordered online and the delivery was smooth and on time. I got the General Tao chicken, and the chicken itself was really good — crispy, flavorful, and nicely coated in sauce. However, the rice had no taste and was a bit mushy, which took away from the dish. I also ordered the dumplings with peanut sauce. The flavor of the sauce was nice, but the dumplings weren’t fried — they were soft and watery, so not exactly what I expected. Overall, it’s a decent option if you want something quick with good sauce, but the rice and dumpling texture could definitely be improved.
very kind server and the owner was really nice!! i loved the pork and cilantro dumplings, very spot on! usually in restaurants the hot and sour soup is cold but here it was so hot and hearty i loved all the components in it. i’m chinese so im usually expecting really great chinese food and here they did not disappoint!! will definitely be coming back
This restaurant has been newly renovated, and it feels like a lot has changed. However, recently, everything about the dumplings has changed—except the taste. They’re completely different now. Three months ago, the dumplings were clearly handmade—plump, meaty, delicious, and beautifully made. But today, I ordered three dumplings, and they were extremely small with very little filling and tasted terrible, almost as if they had been frozen for too long. I seriously suspect they’re now machine-made, mass-produced, and just passed off as handmade. The open kitchen doesn’t even show the dumplings…

Soup dumplings didn’t have any broth in them, which is not what I expected but they tasted amazing. Service was great and atmosphere was great too, music wasn’t too loud and it was very calm and quiet for a Sunday afternoon.
I had lunch here recently. There were two of us and we each had a shrimp wonton soup (small 4 pieces each soup), and shared the har gow (steamed shrimp dumplings 4 pieces in the order) plus pork and cabbage steamed dumplings (15 pieces in the order). That was the perfect portion for lunch. The soup broth was clear, not oily, with shredded seaweed topping. Hit the spot! All the wontons and dumplings had tender meat filling, and the wrappings were soft and not chewy. Very well seasoned - we didn’t need to add soy sauce which was excellent! Authentic taste. Very clean restaurant bright interior…
Nice little dumpling place, warm welcome by the staff, dishes look very nice , the taste is there, steamed dumplings were on the dry side, pan ones were perfect, chicken wings were cooked but not enough to get the inside bones hot. 1 or 2 minutes more in deep fry will help solve that issue. Will go try again in few weeks to see if they improved. Cheers!!
New opening this week. Pork and pickled cabbage dumplings had a lovely flavour, however a few felt undercooked on the dough side and the pickle tang that I crave and love was not consistently present in every dumpling. The XLB (soup dumplings) lamb and cumin had an awesome deep flavoured broth and plenty of it inside. 30 bucks for two, including tip. One thing to note, this place takes longer to put the dumplings in front of you but it is seems they are making it to order and probably working through the kinks of their soft opening. Definitely one to try if you love dumplings as much as I do.
