This clinic is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is terrible, they don’t reply to messages, they ignore inquiries, and even when they “see” your messages, they still don’t bother responding. It’s almost impossible to get any update or schedule from them unless you’re a new customer planning to avail their services. I will not recommend this clinic. They offer a lot of promos for a cheap price but the quality was poor. I also had a hard time booking a schedule with them. I availed their CO2 fractional laser at a regular price and was quite satisfied with the service. The technician/aesthecian who did my laser informed me that they will do 2-3 pass of the laser on my face for a better result but when I came back and availed their promo for the C02 fractional laser I was surprised that they only do 1 pass of laser on my skin. Absolutely amazing service! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—so professional and attentive. Clean facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, and great customer service. Had no problems with my treatments so far. Staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Was late for my appointment last time but they were kind enough to still accomodate me. Moreover, their after-care support is commendable; for whenever you have questions or problems, staff is on the ready to cater to you. Looking forward to continuing my skin care treatment with this clinic. Kudos and more power!
