All the staff at Elixir Makati are incredibly accommodating, even when the clinic is fully booked. Despite the busy schedule during my visit, they took the time to clearly explain and answer every question I had about the packages. I’ve visited Elixir Makati multiple times since 2024, and each visit has been met with the same warm hospitality and exceptional care. The team is consistently welcoming, and their service is super and never disappoints. It’s truly comforting to know I’m in such capable and caring hands every time I visit! 💛💛💛 1000/10!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I appreciated how they explained the procedure—it felt like they were well-informed. However, the staff member in white came off as a bit dismissive. When I inquired about switching to a different package, she immediately referred me to someone else, as if she didn’t like the idea that I was considering a lower-priced option (even though I ended up going with the original). After I paid, the treatment plan changed unexpectedly, and they tried to reschedule part of it instead of doing everything as initially discussed. I insisted on waiting to complete it as planned. Great service and very accommodating staff! Thank you Nurse Lyn she made a first timer like me calm & relax also kudos to Ate Mago and Ate Ella , they are all welcoming and without intimidation & pressure they will suggest the best service for you. Yes I felt the pushy strong attitude also before but the staff there now are extremely nice so I look forward on my nxt appointment all the time :) I feel and notice that the positive effect on my skin and wellness is starting to manifest. Would rate 5 stars for the nurse who injected me. She was very nice, accommodating and had very light hands. She was perfect. Would love to go back but I felt too uncomfortable with the other staff constantly pressuring me to buy packages even after I declined. It just ruined the experience for me tbh. It’s okay to offer, but pressuring people is just 😒
