Dr. Cynthia Caparas was able to address all of my skin problems. What I like about her is that she's not after the profits; she would not recommend treatments that you do not need. She's also very gentle. I highly recommend Dra. Caparas if you are looking for a highly-qualified, board-certified dermatologist.
