I entered Dr. Ivan’s clinic hesitant to get treatment from a doctor I had never met before, but I’m so glad I did. If google reviews could give 10 stars, Dr. Ivan would get 11. You can tell, that he diagnoses by the book from the battered book that he shows all his patients, battered probably because of how much he’s studied and used it over the years. Doc’s been with St. Luke’s since its inception if I’m not mistaken. Have to share my experience. He is not only the nicest doctor I’ve met, he also took time to share his medical knowledge. Felt comfortable and at ease in his hands. Perhaps the best derma doc with reasonable rates. Highly recommended 👍

Dr. Singzon at St. Lukes in Global City is a rare Doctor: he combines medical knowledge and techniques with common sense and a practical approach. The patient and the patient’s comfort and well being are his concerns. Medicine and pain do not need to go together. I am happy to consider him a friend.
