Family-owned restaurant. Cute decor. Nice and clean. We had the dumplings. They were very tasty. I had the soybean paste noodles 炸酱面. Very good. Noodles were nice and chewy. The beef noodles were also delicious. Generous portions.
We ordered the zhangjiangmian, niuroumian, and other small dishes. Portions were really big, and they didn't skimp on the meat. Not busy when we went, and was very close to my hotel. Service was nice and attentive.
One of my favorite restaurants in the South shore, family owned restaurant serving authentic northern Chinese food. I recommend the beef noodle soup, porc leek egg dumplings and noodles with soy bean paste (Zhajiangmian). The dumplings are clearly fresh and homemade and I will definitely come back for them. Prices are affordable and the decoration from Beijing is lovely. Staff is very friendly
Trying original jajang noodles. Taste was awesome. Buns with shrimp steam one was okay a bit hard meat but flavour was great! Traditional style and affordable price! Lots of amount! 5 peoples with kids, ordered two noodles and buns, about in $40 total! Definitely recommend family and kids :)

Delicious authentic food, everything was perfect! The beef and leek buns were exceptional, and so was the pork bread. The pork, shrimp and leek dumplings were good and the seaweed salad was garlicky and tasty! We loved everything that we ordered. You can choose steamed or fried for the dumplings and buns. Everything was fresh, and the service was excellent. The decor is beautiful and the restaurant and washrooms are clean.
had a great meal at Restaurant Mai Tian! The dumplings were tasty and a hit with the kids, who really enjoyed them. The beef noodle soup was also very nice. Overall, a lovely spot for delicious comfort food. Quick and friendly service. Plenty of parking.
Food was delicious! Especially the vegetarian noodles and the pork dumplings. The service was amazing; the man was perfectly trilingual and so courteous. Prices were very reasonable (48$ for 4 dishes shared between 2 people!). The complementary green tea and peanuts was a very nice touch. Will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family. 😊
Very authentic Chinese Northern style restaurant! The Chinese hamburger is highly recommended and I really liked the different textures in the noodle dishes. Super friendly service and the atmosphere is amazing. The zhajiang noodles are a bit too salty for my taste. But I would definitely come back to try the dumplings and other dishes. The portions are generous and they provide free roasted peanuts as snacks.
