I had a great experience at Skinstation Robinsons Galleria. The staffs, Ms. Donna, Ms. Jade and Ms. Lyn were so friendly. Also, Ms. Apol, who handle me, a long time, was very knowledgeable and gentle. I felt comfortable and will definitely come back.

The clinic where I get my laser from had already closed, so I had to look for another one- that's how I found SkinStation. Thankfully, I had a good first experience. The clinic was clean, and the attendants were friendly. I still have four sessions to go, so I can't say anything about the results yet, but I'll update this review after I'm done with my package.

Availed a package and scheduled my 2nd session after my first one (3/24). I even asked not to schedule it on Friday and opted Saturday (4/15). Suprisingly, when I called to confirm my next appointment- They couldnt find my schedule, and they could not even find my records. I paid for the whole package- 5 plus 1 session and then even availed of their sunscreen. April had to "go through" the notes to check my records. Very Disappointing for a new customer. Worst experience of getting facial! Annoying ambiance with non-stop sound of the laser being heard all over the clinic. Staff are unfriendly and no sense of customer service. Products used burnt my face! Will never come back here anymore! I'm more than horrified.

I availed the UA diode package and it's painless indeed. I am already on my 2nd package since I saw good results from it. The staff are always mindful if you're feeling pain. I recently availed their triple acne facial (I'm experiencing adult hormonal acne + dark acne marks at the moment even if I have good skincare regimen atm) and the experience was nice. My skin felt clean and supple afterwards. I liked Ate Jane's light hands and she was very mindful if I was feeling pain. I do hope my skin gets better soon.
