Dr. Pontejos is my go-to acne dermatologist, I got frustrated with myself because I have serious hormonal acne breakouts regularly she is the one who helped me through breakouts and even helped me to get my desired Korean glass like skin on my wedding day. The staffs are accommodating and professional.

Treated my acne breakout and scars in just a few weeks! It was amazing because I have been enduring my breakouts for a year and nothing works until Dr. Vizconde explain everything clearly. They worked and suggested the best treatment where I am most comfortable. Love going to my appointments because everyone is friendly and warm.

Very late. So I made an appointment by 11 am and they have not been in the office by 11:30 am. Take note, I have told them before that I work night shift and would like to take the earliest possible schedule which is 2 weeks after the call. Ultimately unprofessional. They updated me which was 11:23 am that they will be late by 30 minutes more. Crazy. This type of behavior disgust me as time should be respected both sides. The doctor and staff at the front desk were great and so sweet and very knowledgeable. I had a consultation and was given great information and she was very thorough and had great skin too! Super friendly and efficient business and they are very good at their job! I would absolutely recommend and come back! I even bought a lightening cream from them at a reasonable price! Thank you!

I’ve never had any issues getting an appointment, even at late notice. Ara on reception is very attentive and Dr Vizconde has always given a generous amount of time each session to discuss and work through issues. Very happy!

Skin MD been my second home bc of my Atopic Dermatitis. Their service isn't just a service, but they will treat you like they know you for so long and they always understand how and what the patients feels. I also been ordering cream meds from their clinic and they are very accommodating and quick to reply, they even shoulder the delivery fee one time bc some of the meds I order was out of stock. Coming from Canada I was/am extremely impressed by the quality of both care and treatment of Dr. Patricia Anne Pontejos, and staff Arrha and Kim. I found the staff to be extremely accommodating in a short availability, professional, genuinely caring and comforting.
