I had a great experience during my laser hair removal session. I loved how warm and welcoming the employees were. This is definitely a branch of Wink I would highly recommend.

Staff are very courteous and polite. All smiles and very attentive even over the phone. Place is kept clean and sanitize. And as a first timer getting the LHR and whitening, I already saw a good result just with my first session! Glad I found them here ! Going back for my next session for sure!

I started my Wink journey mid-year, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional! Results are already visible even after just the first session! I'm under the care of Nurse Mike, who is very professional, engaging, and excellent in her work! She takes the time to clearly explain the procedure and made a treatment plan tailored to my needs. 💯 will recommend her! The staff of the Santolan branch are also very commendable - very accommodating and consistent with their timely SMS/Viber reminders. A bonus is that they serve the best strawberry tea! I’ve been going to this branch for their laser service and I’ve been having a great experience every time. The place is super clean and the staff are all really kind and welcoming. Ms. Pinky handles my services and she is wonderful. She knows what she’s doing, explains everything clearly, and makes the whole process feel a lot more comfortable. Plus, she has such a fun and cheerful vibe—it’s always a good time during my sessions with her. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend it. I would like to try their other services in the future.

Tried this branch since my personal nurse, Nurse Mike (always exceptional!), is temporarily assigned here. Even though it’s out of the way, I’m glad I made the trip. Wink’s top-tier technology speaks for itself, so I’ll focus on what makes this location stand out: smooth, fuss-free scheduling, quick Viber responses, and a peaceful, tucked-away setting that makes sessions feel more relaxing. And the cherry on top? This is the only branch that serves their iconic strawberry tea cold—an absolute banger!

Impeccable service, as always! Wink Santolan Town Plaza is one of my go-to branches for laser hair removal. Clean and tidy treatment rooms are constant. Their amazing staff deserves a standing ovation, too- all professional, joyful, and ready to help with any concern. Already can’t wait for my next session!

I've been with Wink for a long time and it's my first time with this branch. Everyone has been very polite and professional. Joan (the one who did my laser facial) walked me through the process and took care of me. The place was very nice and well-cleaned. The location is very convenient as well.
