Extremely bad experience. Hydrafacial is NOT the Hydrafacial as a brand. The treatment was very rough and unhygienic. They make you sign the paper that says they are not liable for anything that happens after the treatment. Avoid this place.

First time doing facial. I was scared at first, but then after talking to Ate Michelle, I was able to do it. She did my facial and it was painful and relaxing at the same time. Thanks to Ate Michelle for making my first time experience an awesome one. I am definitely coming back.

I had an appointment with them at 11am. They reminded me to be early but when I came to the place, the branch is still closed. I waited almost an hour before a member of the staff contacted me. The thing is, I never heard any apology from the staff. They were late and as if nothing happened. For me, this is disappointing and unprofessional. Even though the treatment and service is okay, I will never go back to the branch (MOA).
