Money picking, sales people rather than professional, caring skin care specialists. Instead of wanting to choose for an affordable and relaxing facial treatment, they upsell suggesting a facial promo starting 5k for 1.5 hour but you come out 3.5 hour longer stressed, listening to them manipulatively sell, be gaslighted and feel almost bankrupt. You can be forking out 300k or 500k membership on their products and services with no refund as soon as you sign. No product brochure, no product guarantee/warranty or printed instructions provided on how to apply them.

I love the non-invasive with no downtime facial treatments done on my face. The staff are also nice, specially Ms Farah. She’s very accommodating and friendly.

I am a member of silver member here at Iconic gateway and my experience here is amazing. Mam Theresa is very accommodating when I ask questions and is very keen in arranging my appointments. Jacki and Gayle are very professional in giving all of my treatments. I feel rejuvenated whenever I go out of their clinic.
