Always conflict with schedule. They gave you one and when you arrive they will tell you staff that is assigned is off.

We are deeply disappointed with the way the appointments have been handled. We were scheduled for 3 PM, yet wasn’t attended to until 4 PM. This has happened in all three of our sessions. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel that our time isn’t being respected, and honestly, it makes us feel disregarded as a client. I hope this issue can be taken seriously and addressed.

For their facial, compared to other beauty centers (not a SkinStation branch), the hand of SkinStation's attendant was not so much gentle. For the NDYAG laser treatment, after the revitalight session, significant lines on the sides of mouth appeared, which was not there before the treatment. I messaged SkinStation about it, however, they haven't helped me with the issue yet. I am still waiting for their reply on the resolution. I hope they would reply.
