Nice clean place that has many seats. There are many options on the menu like bubble tea and croffles which are a mix between croissants and waffles. They’re pretty good. The bubble tea is also decent. But don’t get their matcha latte: go to a cafe like Americano or Flers. The staff is nice.
Went to the Dix30 location for 2 main reasons. Lovely walkable location. Free underground parking. My kiddo has been watching Kpop Demon Hunters and heard about brown sugar tea with Boba. So of course, came here to try it. Service was, bilingual, friendly and quick. Helpful, getting thru their extensive menu. I had passion fruit green tea with coconut jelly. One of the few places that can offer 0% sugar level if you want it.
I try to visit a new bubble tea shop in every city I go to, and Gong Cha is, for me, a classic example of a trusted brand. But I also like to have certain flavors associated with specific cities. For Montreal, that flavor turned out to be the coconut slush with coconut jelly. The drink was delicious, especially for coconut lovers, and it was prepared exactly the way I asked for, which I really appreciated. Will I come back again? Of course, yes. Pros: great location, tasty drinks, and staff who pay attention to customers’ requests. Cons: I visited Montreal during very hot weather, and…
been here several times now as we tend to come whenever visiting Montreal. Service was good as they were very patient with my children ordering their own drinks. love the fact you can adjust the sweetness level as well as the ice level. Bilingual is a definitely a plus note, not wheelchair friendly as no ramp. fairly big step for those who have walkers too.

This place is amazing. The bubble tea is much cheaper than at bigger chains and it tastes great. The employees are also very kind. They even gave out free boba pins for boba day. They also have a drink of the day deal.
First time visiting GongCha Mont Royal and I absolutely loved it! The aesthetic is minimalist and super cute. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly—they gave us amazing drink suggestions. I mentioned I love coconut, and they recommended the taro coconut with crème brûlée on top and oat milk since I’m lactose intolerant. I was so impressed that they asked and made sure my drink suited my needs. It was delicious—5/5 for coconut & taro lovers! I also tried their croffles—one with cold foam and one with crème brûlée—and WOW. So good, I was genuinely jaw-dropped. Both were 5/5! Overall, a…
Amazing spot to try bubble teas and other types of drinks we also tried the croffles its pressed croissants with garnishes on top and pancake like items which are very delicious, make sure to check them out if you are nearby! Thanks to the cashier Raf he was very helpful and nice when we were served!
Brand new, clean and nice bubble tea place. Staff is nice and helpful. I tried the Croffles (croissant cook in waffle machine) and brown sugar bubble milk tea (one of their bestseller). The croffle surprisingly nice, warm, fluffy and make the whole place smell so good. I should try the cold drink instead of hot, since the hot drink is nothing special compare to other places. Overall, it’s a nice experience.
