I don’t expect a lot from Let’s Face It — it’s cheap and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. But in the past you more or less get a satisfactory experience that’s commensurate with the price. Today though I got the most haphazard facial ever. I got the full facial service but somehow it ended up being a 30 minute service (in the past this would be an hour) and 20 minutes was spent steaming so the actual services were crammed into 10 minutes. The “vacuum” part of the service was limited to like 15 random spots and she was done. The “laser” part was very haphazardly done. It was a total waste…

Got my lashes done here, using their perm eye lash service and it was pretty relaxing and affordable.

I was planning to get a facial so I went to this place to check their services. When I went to their front desk, employees were busy talking to each other, two at the front desk and 3 on the waiting seats. They were very busy talking that no one had the initiative of asking me of what I was looking for or what could they offer, or how could they help me… they all just stared at me. I decided to leave because I felt that with their behaviors reflects what kind of service they could offer. I don’t trust their faces at all!!! Poor costumer service.

Doesn’t offer massages anymore.

I tried their facial but it was not a great experience (the towels they used has a really bad smell!) and the additional mask was very expensive. Not worth it.
