I vouch for this branch! My mom had an appointment here in San Juan and Malate, and the staff really accommodated her so well. Kudos to Hannah and Frannie for their excellent service. they were so helpful and caring both before and after my mom’s appointment. Truly appreciated! I definitely vouch for the San Juan branch so much more than Malate. the service here is outstanding!

Hard to contact the main hotline, this page should update with the clinic's own phone number. Vaccination needs a 3-day advanced appointment. I explained I have a medical emergency and they should've handled emergency cases better. I thank the Ate who tried to find a compromise regarding my concern, but the upper management weren't considerate. Will go to a different branch instead.

I have been requesting an updated doctor’s referral—one that is actually signed by the doctor (since the online version is unsigned) and in a format I can print at home, as the initial one issued has already lapsed. I specifically asked for a simple, PDF e-signed copy last 08/10 to be sent via email. After several back-and-forth emails, as of today (08/13), I still haven’t received it. The customer service team claimed it was sent and might be in my spam folder, but I have confirmed it is not. I even showed them the unsigned online version, only to be told there’s a “print” button on the…
