I just want to give a huge shout-out to Rich, who always does my laser treatments. She’s incredibly good at what she does! professional, gentle, and makes me feel completely comfortable throughout every session. I’ve been with her since the beginning, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. Also, kudos to Mary Nessel, the lovely receptionist! She’s always so nice, welcoming, and fast. She makes every visit smooth and pleasant from the moment I walk in. Amazing team! Keep it up! 💖✨

It’s my second time in Wink at Rockwell Power Plant, and I’m so grateful for the experience. The team was very welcoming, polite, and professional. I truly appreciate the warm service they gave me. They made me feel comfortable and valued the whole time. I’ve shared my experience with my friends and recommended this branch because I personally felt how great their service is. Thank you so much, Wink Rockwell team!

Recently transferred to Wink Power Plant (from their other branch) and wished I had booked my sessions here sooner. Had a really nice experience here. Ms Ness and Ms Wendy were very accommodating and friendly. Ms Malyn, my attending technician, was highly professional, gentle, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the two laser sessions I booked. The service was smooth, efficient, and truly commendable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Wink will always be highly recommended!

I had my underarm laser session at Wink yesterday and it was a really good experience! Even though it’s appointment-based, they were super considerate and still accommodated me. The session was also very interactive — I had a great experience with Ms. Malyn. She was very kind and made sure to explain everything clearly before and after the treatment. I really appreciated how professional and approachable she was. Thank you, Wink Rockwell Branch!

Since we tried wink in powerplant we never looked for another laser studio again. Staff were very accommodating. Nurse Rich is very hands on & delicate. So far their treatment/procedure is the most effective one that I’ve tried. Visible & promising results. Actively recommending wink to our friends too!

I had a great experience at this laser studio! The entire team is amazing, especially my nurse, Chesca—she’s really skilled and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The facilities are also impressive. The room, restroom, and lobby are all clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. The reception and registration process went smoothly too; the staff were friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, the treatment itself was excellent. It was painless, effective, and definitely worth the price. I truly enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend this place to…
