I don’t post/review any bad things but this gets to my nerves I asked nicely twice thru Viber if I can reschedule my treatment to them since we are out of town. My first msg was never seen my second one was not addressed properly so I need to reAsk! So that’s 3rd time me asking! then they said I cannot reschedule, just that?! which is unreasonable! I thought I’m going to have a great experience with them but no! They don’t even follow up via sms! Not even via Viber! Not even via gmail nor call! In short no follow up they just want sales!! Facial service is okay but the odd is the attitude of the receptionist. I called to confirm the schedule of my son ang tagal mag check nun sched. Nag tanong pa kung nagpaschedule ba… e syempre malamang kaya nga nagcoconfirm ako e🤣 attention to the manager… pay attention pa sa training nyo ng receptionist. Thanks

The worst. Sobrang bastos. Pa victim ang nasa front desk. Napaka unprofessional. Look only for Ms. Belle. Magaan kamay, she's the only reason why it's worth visiting the branch for me. Ang professional, tinalo pa yung front desk mag handle ng concern. Maayos mag trabaho at ka usap. Other than that, forget about it. All the comments here are true about this branch. Napaka sakit niyo sa ulo!!

For me this is the worst branch. I don’t recommend anyone to go here. So I undergone underarm diode laser procedure and the staff was very rough with her hands, this is my second time here, the first one was not this worst but still a bad service since sinimangutan ako ng staff when I didn’t purchase the item she’s recommending. Now the second time I visited, the staff asked me if I shaved and I did but she still shave my underarm even roughly like I can feel the razor talaga scratching my skin. Note that this isn’t my first session, I’ve gone thru more than 15 sessions before so I’m not new…

Could have been a good clinic if they change the front desk who handles the call and schedule. Just like what the other review says, the front desk is unapologetic and has no sense of importance to their customers. When you talk to this girl, you'll feel like you're begging to be scheduled to their clinic and you're the one to be be the nicest person while talking to that smug face. It does not matter if you come from a far place, no remorse for customers, period!
