I visited the clinic yesterday and can say that I have a pleasant experience. I was attended on the time of my appointment, consulted with the resident doctor who was patient to understand the history of my skin condition and gave me options with clear explanation of the pros and cons. One of my pet peeves in skin clinics is the tendency to upsell and push for the expensive package but I did not sense that in the way they explained the options and prices. During the procedure, each step was explained well to me. The procedure was also not rushed. My skin definitely felt and looked better.…

I felt scammed! Extremely Disappointed and Misled I booked an appointment at this clinic for a specific treatment, which they clearly confirmed was available through our messages. After driving over an hour to get there, I was shocked to find out—only after the numbing cream had already been applied—that the service I booked was actually not offered. I've been going to Luminisce Molito Branch for a while since it's the nearest branch in South and I love how my skin improved! My go-to treatment is Lustrii Laser, Coquille Peel together with Healite🤍 perfect combination for my acne, pores and pigmentations. They also have free follow up within 2 weeks! This clinic provides the warmest welcome I've ever experienced, far exceeding the previous clinic I visited. All the staff members are friendly and approachable, readily offering you a cup of tea, water, or coffee, and even inquiring about your comfort level regarding temperature. Every Saturday is my Luminisce day! I come here every Saturday for a facial, and Luminisce never disappoints me. The customer service is top-notch, the doctors, aestheticians, and the procedures are all excellent. All the staff are friendly and approachable. I highly recommend them!

Im one of their patient here for dermablate and facial! I love their clinic! Very cozy and relaxing place! Staffs and doctors are amazing! I highly recommend Luminisce Hollistic Skin Innovations! I came here today to get my lips done. The process was great, they were very thorough in their explanations and I felt very comfortable with the doctors skill level. First they had me fill out a form about my medical history and then they took me back to talk to the doctor about what I was looking to see in my final result I felt very happy and like she understood exactly what I wanted.
