Brought my 3 year old daughter to the ER last Friday night and it was the worst ER experience I have ever had. The male nurse who we first talked to seemed cold and doesn’t show care or concern. We were sitting on a broken uncomfortable bench the whole time. No beds or anything available for my sick daughter which was a first time experience. I try not to compare it too much to the service you get in the States but even comparing to small hospitals this was disappointing. It was not like there were no beds available because we saw a lot of empty beds while we were there. Our concern probably…

Hospital experience is never a pleasure for anyone, no matter how hard the staff would try. While there are definitely space to improve, especially the speed of decision making and communication between different doctors, delivering necessary medications, I grately appreciate that in a very critical moment of my life, I ended up here and my life was saved (while the hope was very little initially). I am grateful to all the team that treated me.

Worst ER discharging and billing process of all. Slow and no treatment given to patient after 5 hours since we got here. Billing staff doesn’t care about the patient. You’ll see cashiers scrolling on phones instead of looking at the next paper in front of them. Don’t go to Asian Hospital Muntinlupa if you want urgent care.

My wife and I chose Asian Hospital for the delivery of our baby because of its reputation and the maternity package we were quoted beforehand. Unfortunately, the entire experience left us feeling misled and overcharged. Before admission, we were clearly told the “all-in” maternity package for normal delivery with a ward room would be in the range we budgeted for (around the figures we discussed earlier). We repeatedly confirmed with the admissions and billing staff that this amount already covered hospital fees, professional fees, nursery charges, and basic medications. In reality:The final…

I will say this the facility is clean the doctors there just store records on the floor without regard for patient privacy and I was seeing a doctor who told me to go back to my own country if I wanted a high standard of care. I do appreciate the direct billing for Tricare since I travel 2-3 one way to get there. I do hope in the future the doctors employ more technology for efficiency and communication. I like that the hospital operates on international standards. The admission staff are very helpful and I appreciate that.

We arrived at the hospital around 12 noon, thinking we’d be properly taken care of since it’s a private hospital. My daughter needed tests, and we were told she’d be admitted soon. But hours passed, 7 long hours in the Emergency Room, waiting, following up, and still no room available. No updates, no clear answers. Just waiting. We finally decided to transfer her to another hospital because we couldn’t keep her in that stressful environment any longer. But even that took forever — more than 5 hours just to finish the billing and release. WHAT MADE IT WORSE? We saw another patient, a doctor…

Disappointing Experience at the Emergency Room I waited for over 5 hours in the emergency room just to receive a simple pain medication. The hospital has plenty of staff, yet the process felt very inefficient. Most of the nurses were not accommodating and seemed to ignore patients, often pretending to be busy rather than attending to those in need. There was no sense of urgency at all, especially in a place where timely care should matter most. Very disappointing experience — I hope the management addresses this and improves their emergency room service.
