I had first an online consultation with Doc Luz because I was in province. On our online consultation (August 15, 2024) Doc Luz decided to do the reset in my face for a week. I have consulted with Dr. Luz through telehealth via the NowServing app and even with that setup, she was able to explain to me thoroughly all the skin concerns that I have and what to do with them. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that can be easily understood. I was very impressed by the entire process of Mohs surgery on two basel cell carcinomas by Dr Katrina Luz. Dr Luz ensured I was fully informed of all aspects of the process pre-surgery and the surgical procedure itself. Dr Luz was always available post surgery. I reached out to Dr. Luz and it was a very pleasing consultation. She took her time explaining how I got my skin concerns, educating me on how to achieve our desired results and answering my questions. 2 appointments in and the improvement on my skin is already visible. Dr. Luz is very nice and easy to talk to. She takes time to talk to her patient and explain the procedure. She performed minor surgery on my mom, and it went really well and healed nicely. I would definitely recommend her!
