⚠️ Consumer Awareness Post – Luxallure SM Southmall ⚠️ I usually don’t do posts like this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to protect fellow consumers. I availed a fully paid service package from them and completed several sessions, but saw no visible improvement. I gave the clinic the benefit of the doubt, followed all guidelines, and completed multiple sessions — still, no changes. Definitely not going back to any of their clinics. They are a clear example of aesthetic clinic scamming customers. Their social media ads will just entice you of their promo prices which are very cheap vs others, but be surprised to pay more as they will be TOO, as in TOO pushy selling their overpriced products or else, you won’t be able to continue availing their services. Staff were also not friendly and accommodating, you will really feel that they just want to upsell more services or products and really not after the success of your treatment. been here for a tattoo removal. their service was good but the attendant i had there took advantage of post treatment where instead of giving alternatives for my ointment, she offered the mupirocin (antibacterial ointment) to be paid along with the treatment worth 1,000php---she also said na i can't proceed with the treatment if i will not avail them. later on, found out that it only cost around 200php on the generic drugstore. We know you need to earn money from offering post meds but hopefully not to the point of taking advantage of your clients. That's tyranny. 2/5. wont recommend tsk tsk
