Gotta be the worst branch of skin station I ever went to. No one is answering on their viber and number. They keep giving the same reason to everyone "nagkataon na busy lang po". Also palaging sira daw yung diode? then magically when you're actually schedule it's fixed? The place is also old and need renovation, can't feel the elite membership. Better go to other skinstation than this branch

NEVER GOING BACK TO SM NORTH BRANCH!!! The receptionist named mica or nica or something like that was very very rude, the moment I entered the clinic, she was already giving me an attitude. She was cutting me off when I was also talking to another receptionist. I had to wait 30 mins also despite going there 5 mins before my scheduled a appointment. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS BRANCH!

Sta Mesa branch encouraged me to get the membership, and I took it because of the promised perks. One of which is the discount for selected services I frequently need. Turns out, it’s really difficult to get a slot. Tried SM Sta. Mesa, Manila, and North Edsa branches few times and all were saying full slot. Have also tried contacting North Edsa via viber and didn’t get any response. When I’m not yet a member, it’s a lot easier to get a slot. What a waste of money.

If you have other options, DON’T ever go to this branch UNLESS you want to deliberately ruin your day. This branch has incompetent staff with poor communication and management skills. Even if you made an appointment through their app, you’ll most likely still have to wait for AT LEAST half an hour and what’s even worse is they’ll make you wait without any notice or explanation.

such a bad store. All of their OFFICIAL numbers wouldn’t pick up any of my calls, magbbook sana ako. I tried calling via cellphone and viber. One of the numbers even deliberately dismissed my call. I have been calling for the past 2 hours na. Wala parin sumasagot. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else. I don’t get why they would put up official numbers only for them not to work.

Agree with all the comments here. The branch is very unresponsive, and even if you arrive on time for your appointment, you’ll still end up waiting for 30 minutes or longer. What’s the point of booking an appointment then? Clients have been complaining for years, yet there’s still no improvement. I even walked in one time and saw a lady complaining about their services and I couldn’t agree more. That’s how often clients complain there.

Not recommended. The girl on the front desk mistakenly charged my sister 8000 instead of 800 for a consultation fee sa debit card nya. Ang hassle. We had to process the refund and report it as fraud tapos ilang days pa mababalik yung money. They said that they’d process it for us but we should let them have my sister’s ID. Of course, we declined because my sister’s identity might be compromised and they might use her ID for other transactions pa. They also offered na gamitin nalang sa other services nila yung extrang nacharge but after this incident we wouldn’t even want to step inside this…

Staff were friendly. I have to agree that waiting time is slow. I often book 2 months advance. I am happy with the service itself.
