I scheduled for an appointment. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the clinic, I was informed that the doctor was not available. This was unexpected and inconvenient as I had to travel and planned my schedule around this appointment. It would be helpful if the doctor could notify patients or their receptionist in advance about such changes. Better communication would improve the experience for patients and ensure trust. A waste of time, energy, money and effort.
