After moving out in July, I still have not received my security deposit, even though I left the apartment spotless. I was told it was sent to my forwarding address, but it never arrived. I have called and emailed for several months and am always told that a manager will get back to me. A few weeks ago, I was told the check would be ready and that they would text me when I could come pick it up. That never happened. Do not recommend. I was on the waitlist after moving in, but over six months have passed and I still haven’t received a parking permit. It seems unlikely that I will receive one before my lease ends. If parking was effectively unavailable, the leasing office should have been transparent and stated that it was not possible, rather than saying “not sure” or “waitlist.” This feels misleading. There is also a lack of transparency about my actual status of the waitlist. The front desk staff at the leasing office are very kind, and I do not want to argue with them because I understand they can only…
Honestly, I love this place. I have lived here the past 2 years. The staff has been nothing but amazing and has gone above and beyond with any issues i have had. The amenities are so worth it and really have elevated my living experience. I have always felt safe here and it is in such a great area, very walkable to my classes and downtown. I also love the pop ups they have here. The only complaint i’ve ever had was that my toilet seat was broken upon move in but the issue was resolved within a week. I love it here!
Very disappointed with how residents are treated. This is my first apartment and first year living here, and while the property and amenities are extremely nice, there are lots of internal issues that need to be resolved. There is not enough parking available for residents (just recently, all of the first floor was kicked out to make room for retail), and those who don't get parking in the garage have to park in a gravel lot down the hill. As it is owned by a church, you are forced to move your car every Sunday, home gameday, and some weekdays, or face a $300+ charge for towing. Parking is…

I had such a great experience at The Rambler Apartments! The staff was warm and welcoming, and Abisola in particular was an absolute delight to work with. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so personable and professional at the same time. Thanks to her, the whole experience felt smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
The Rambler is a beautiful property with 5-star amenities and staff. The building is an easy 10-minute walk to campus. A special thank you to Abisola for a fun tour.
