Applying for LIV was a great and easy experience. Marie, Aileen and Mia all assisted us in the application process. Overall they have a strong team who are quick and responsive.
I’ve now been living at LIV Anura for about seven months, and I can honestly say my experience has been extremely positive, so much so that I’m happy to give a full 5-star review. I also wanted to share my perspective because, when reading some of the more critical reviews from some residents, I sometimes feel they don’t fully reflect the reality of living here. Marie was so great to deal with during my lease process. She followed everything up for me and was always quick to respond to my questions. When I asked for more details about the apartment, she happily sent through extra photos and videos, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring. There is nothing wrong with the building but my experience of living here has been awful thanks to the incompetence of the staff. - they lied about charging of EVs when I moved in - they referenced the tenant hand book with regard to this which doesn’t contain the information they said it did - they failed to keep the areas outside the apartments adequately clean - their communication was terrible. Multiple emails had to be sent to achieve an outcome - they treated tenants like children living in a university dorm. Constantly sending threatening group emails around to tenants - when moving…

Mia is a gem! She has been absolutely wonderful, accommodating our requests for property viewings immediately and at short notice. She's also been a great communicator responding quickly and fully to our email queries. We are looking forward to moving into Liv Anura thanks to the help from Mia.
My partner and I fell in love the first time we popped in for an inspection. Everything was clean and in order. Went back for another viewing at 5 pm on a weekday with Yihan who was hands down the best property manager we’ve ever worked with. She helped us through every stage of the application up until we got approved. Yihan is a superstar and we truly admire her work ethic. Moving in soon! We can’t wait to call this place our new home. 🎉🙏
I lived in Liv Anura Newstead for two months, and it was an amazing place to live. The building is modern, comfortable, and exceptionally well-maintained. The management teams are always kind, helpful, and very professional — they truly make the living experience outstanding. I had to move out due to different circumstances with my living arrangements; otherwise, I would have happily stayed much longer. Highly recommended.
Fantastic place to live. The apartments are modern, well-designed and have amazing views. The location is unbeatable — I can walk to pretty much everything I need. It’s also genuinely pet-friendly, which has made life much easier. The management team is excellent. They’re responsive, friendly and handle things quickly without any fuss. Every request I’ve made has been sorted out fast and professionally. The gym, pool, rooftop and shared spaces are all clean, well-maintained and actually enjoyable to use — not just there for show. Highly recommend living here.
