A beautiful apartment complex with an extremely helpful staff. Perfect for everything I was looking for in a living situation. I recommend to everyone if they are looking for a comfortable, friendly, and clean space to live.

The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring residents feel comfortable and supported. The amenities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and friendly. love living here, all the staff is amazing. Big shoutout to Osiel who is always willing to help. He has the most kind personality and offers a great service. Every time I have a problem to fix at my apartment he is the first to help.
The units are beautiful, with modern finishes and high-quality details. The common areas are new, clean, and very attractive. On top of that, the service provided by Veronica has been outstanding.

I've been moving in for a week, and the facilities are incredible. Everything is brand new, with modern, clean and quiet spaces. However, I want to mention the terrible customer service from Marvin Millan at the leasing office. I've never received respectful or efficient service, and his communication is lacking in assertiveness. Avoid talk to her. On the other hand, I want to congratulate and applaud Veronica’s performance (5 stars) at the leasing office. I've lived here for the past year and about to do 1 more year lease and I couldn't be happier. The location is great, the apartments are nice the staff is friendly and nice and the service requests are always attended to quickly. Management team has always been attentive and helpful in resolving any issues. The gym area is very nice, new and better than many other residential gyms.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would without hesitation. This building is an absolute disaster from top to bottom—management is a joke, the building is falling apart, and nothing works the way they promised. Let me break it down so you can save yourself the nightmare I went through: • Management is beyond useless.
