Posting anonymously because I am a current resident here. Please do not trust the 5 star reviews. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I wouldn’t quite call this place a scam, but management does a spectacular time selling you a building and lifestyle that doesn’t exist. The building presents very well on the tour with a beautiful modern lobby, new amenities, and luxurious pool. This place looks nice, but is made cheaply, not safe, and not an enjoyable place to live at all. The building is so cheaply made it shakes at night which is incredibly concerning. My experience at Soleste Seaside has been outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is beautifully maintained, modern, and truly reflects the lifestyle it promotes. The amenities are always clean, the common areas are well kept, and the overall atmosphere feels organized and welcoming. I had an incident due to lack of maintenance on Dec 30 2025 and until today Corporate still haven’t contacted me to discuss issue plus they denied me an incident report completed with Rubiel (manager) I have my lease until the end of this year but I fell is the worts place to live thanks to management company In response to owner , unfortunately management is not helping me . Rubiel (manager ) keep telling me new regional manager will call me to discuss compensation for my thousand of dollars on doctors bills and no one has calling me. As a realtor assisting with a client’s relocation from Orlando to South Florida, I had the opportunity to talk with Rubiel, the property manager, who was very informative and welcoming. I loved the location, being so close to the beach and Dania Pointe shopping makes it very appealing. Although my client ultimately decided to go further south, this property was definitely at the top of our list. The only improvement I noted was the dog park area, which felt a bit hidden behind the building. Overall, it was a great experience and a strong option for anyone considering the area.

Soleste SeaSide Luxury Apartments is absolutely beautiful, truly a stunning, resort style community. I was just visiting, but the staff treated me so kindly and made me feel very welcome. Overall, a gorgeous property with a great vibe. Highly recommend from the design to the overall atmosphere, it feels like resort style living every day. The grounds are well maintained, the community feels peaceful, and the seaside vibe really shines through. If I had to find one negative thing it would be to have it closer to the ocean but then it would probably be in the water.
The staff including Tiffany, Rubi, Cori and Abbie were most attentive to all my concerns. They are patient, kind understanding and repeatedly took me for tours in this beautiful new building. Anyone wanting a perfect place to escape to less than 3/4 mile from beach, come here. It is so quiet. A gem!
Soleste Seaside became our first home after moving to Florida, and it’s been an incredible experience! I have visited this community a couple of times as a guest, and could not say enough about how great it is. This community is spot on with elegance, minutes from the airport, beach and Dania Point with shopping and restaurants. The community itself is simply stunning, with amenities that are not only beautiful and unique, but thoughtfully designed around functionality to enhance the overall community, it's gorgeous.
