You have to call them many times and remind them that they need to come and fix the issue. Dealing with people from the office regarding payments, deposits, cheques is such a nightmare. Even after moving for 3 months already, I still have issues with them because they don't want to give the cheque back. Friendly advice, go as far as possible from this company...
