I stayed here during my BAR exam. soo nice place. clean and very good guard and employees. nice parking .
If you're planning to book or stay here, DON'T. Even for a night. We booked, the guards were rude & unhelpful. they declined to make us park initially, even though we informed them that we understand that we would have to pay. They declined us TWICE. eventually they made us pay 500 and didn't give us a receipt, and didn't inform us where to park (EVEN THOUGH WE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES WHERE TO PARK). After almost an hour, we finally get in the room, with no working wifi, no bidet, tv has no netflix or any other apps where you can watch. Guards made us move our car (angrily.) Everything could…
Booked this via booking.com and the unit owner is the Mi Casa Baguio Exquisites. I don’t recommend this for family use cause we were congested. Its my fault as well didn’t thought that since this is a condotel, they will just provide extra mattress. Booked online for 5,400 paid almost 7K (with 500 php extra parking fee ++tax and charges). Pero dahil ‘sira’ daw yung terminal nila for CC, gcash and cash lang daw. Thats the period where I cant cancel the booking na online (2days before checked in). I paid bank transfer directly to the unit owner still at 6,998php 🙃 Then booking online was…
We were given a room that it's not the same as the ones we booked. Room 226 with a fault smokey smell in the entire room. This particular trip in Bagio ruined my mood because it's the next place we went after supreme hotel and we ended up disappointed and exhausted that I was literally a bit grumpy. Luckily, the 3rd hotel is a nice one with a pleasant smell so my night ended fine. The Brenthill room we booked is non-refundable as well luckily they waived our fee and hopefully it won't reflect on our next credit billing statement because you can't help having trust issues on the unit manager.

Perfect place to stay. The location was ideal. Especially the GAL BRENTHILL, room 501 (highly recommended). Very clean, spacious and relaxing ambiance. The owner is very accommodating.
8/20/23 Very quiet neighborhood far from all the noise of the city. Have to take taxis to get around since it's not walkable to the toutist spots.
