I’m a realtor and recently had the pleasure of working with Kirk Weingarten at Star Farms while hosting a virtual tour for one of my clients. Kirk went above and beyond throughout the entire tour, providing detailed explanations about the home, the available options, and the community. He made sure my client felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to take extra time to answer questions truly stood out. It made the experience seamless and enjoyable for my client. Highly recommend working with Kirk if you’re considering a home at Star…
We had a great experience with Karen Arena, the Home Sales Consultant from DR Horton. She took the time to show us different houses and also shared other options that fit within our budget. Karen was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. Her kindness and dedication made the experience much easier and more comfortable for us. We truly appreciate the time and effort she gave us, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance in finding a home.
Kirk has been phenomenal throughout our house shopping process. He is 100% transparent, very informative, and has impeccable communication. As first-time home buyers, he has been an incredible asset and we are very lucky to work with him. My appreciation for him, his time, and his patience can’t be stated enough. Thank you Kirk!
Went to Star Farms @ LWR with my clients from out of state looking to buy in the area. Kirk Weingarten was awesome. He was prepared, had great expertise and took so much time to tour the models they were interested in. Kirk had great follow up to answer our questions and connected us to the DHI mortgage rep to help move the sale forward. I Highly recommend Kirk to anyone interested in this beautiful community!

He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and able to answer every question without hesitation. On top of that, he has a great personality and makes the experience enjoyable rather than transactional.
