Nona West... The gym is so advanced it must operate at a future time and space, since presently some equipment is not working, Coffee machine inop, North side apartments have a view of dirt albeit not their fault just saying. Excels in presentation not execution.. Now the view is not dirt, as it is 2:00 am and they are pumping concrete, they use to wait until 4:00 now they are just plain old breaking the law. I would like to bring attention to an issue in this community that I believe deserves more awareness, the level of CARELESSNESS in the parking lot. Earlier tonight, I personally witnessed a situation where a female exited a dark colored Ford Explorer and opened their door directly into the side of a red Toyota Corolla parked next to it. The impact left a noticeable dent on the Corollas door. What was most disappointing was that the person clearly looked at the damage, yet simply walked away without taking responsibility or attempting to address it. Huge thanks to Kelvin Nesmith for a great tour. Kelvin is prepared, easy to talk to, and did a great job explaining the leasing process, pricing, and availability. What stood out most was how attentive he was—making sure we saw what mattered to us and offering helpful context about the building and neighborhood. We’re not moving forward due to our own timing/needs, but Kelvin made the experience smooth and positive. Highly recommend working with him if you’re considering this property.
Apartment Manager Jennifer Camacho provided excellent service throughout my entire move-in process. She guided me step by step, explained all the financial details and paperwork clearly, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. This team was the best!! We really appreciate Kelvin, Jennifer & Victoria. They made our move to this city so easy!! They were extremely helpful before, during and after our move in process!! Kelvin from day one till now has been very attentive, detailed and kind regarding our needs, he is very professional!! We are so grateful to call this place home. 10/10!!!
Since day one, I’ve received excellent treatment from the building management. Everyone one has been very kind, especially Kelvin, who has helped me through every step of the process. The amenities, the peace and quiet, everything in general is beautiful! I feel at peace and truly happy with the place I chose to live. Thank you, Kelvin and the entire team, for all your hard work! My wife and I came to look at apartments and Maury Morales referred us. We were helped by Andrea Sanchez. We got an amazing detailed tour of the location and it's acomodations. We were absolutely mesmerized by the apartments, amenities, etc. They were both amazing, answered all our questions, helped us in every way possible. I have not received this type of service in a long time! We are currently doing our paperwork and cannot wait to move in!
