Nice quiet condo on top of small hill and a nice view!
I was a resident of this condo. Very nice environment and have good neighbors. However, the MA from RIA is not helpful and makes thing difficult. For shifting in/out, the mover lorry can’t park at the loading bay but had to park along the road opposite the condo. Called the committee and they can’t help. Such a regret for such a beautiful place.

Classist condo management that do not let delivery riders to basement carpark. Neighboring condos all no issues.

Condo is wonderful! But not a quite peace anymore. The nearest condo is rebuilding houses, it's very noisy from 9am to 6pm every weekday. They are going do it for 1y. And a lot of reconstructions inside, it's impossible to live here. You will wake up with jackhammer! Check an apartment on weekdays, because during the weekend it's not so noisy.
Beautiful quiet, peaceful place. Walk up seems long but quite pleasant indeed. Love that peaceful steady holding energy of the place .
Now 2020 and this condo still hold FIN CARD for the contractor, is it that normal?!?!
Pollen & Blue is a lovely boutique condo - if you’re looking for somewhere a bit quieter this it. It’s well maintained and mix of families and couples. The only downside is there isn’t a playground (there’s just a slide!) and the pool area is in shade the majority of the day (not best for sun worshipers). Overall, lovely condo, BBQ area, nice areas to hangout and units are well designed.
