We have viewed several apartments over the last three days by Rose, she was helpful and accompanied us throughout a dozen of apartments and explained every detail. Overall experience is definitely worth the visit!
I’ve been at Enclave for three months and love it, The building is modern with stunning decor, and my room is spacious with a great view and lovely furniture. The staff are wonderful especially Saba, who is so attentive and supportive. It’s a great community in a nice area, I highly recommend renting here if you’re in Birmingham
We were looking for our new home in Birmingham, and Talia has been outstanding from day 1. From showing us the apartment, and follow up to helping us start our tenancy, Talia has been excellent throughout the process! Would 100% recommend.
Enclave were amazing in helping us secure an apartment after a really difficult move with a previous property. The whole process was smooth and completed in under a week, and even helped resolve a referencing issue. Huge thanks to Talia, Saba, Rose, and most especially Charlotte for their support and professionalism throughout it made a stressful situation so much easier.

Flat is decent but the neighbours are awful. Lads back every weekend, shouting, music and slamming doors till 7am. Management ignores every complaint. Avoid if you want sleep.
Rose was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the viewing. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Really appreciate her support!
Had a viewing at this property last week. Was shown around by the manager. Was very professional and helpful. Apartments are amazing. Looking forward to making a reservation early next year. Very very nice.
We booked a tour as we have to rent a 2 bed room apartment. They have us a viewing time then keep on cancelling it. It started with 18sep then 19th then 22nd then 30th. Now today 15 mins before the booked time they again cancelled it. Very disappointing service.
