I never imagined I would be forced to leave my own apartment, but that is exactly what happened at Azizi Riviera, Meydan. This apartment became unlivable due to a severe and ongoing rodent infestation. We have caught more than 15 mice and 2 rats, 6 of them inside the apartment itself. This is not a one-off issue — it has been happening repeatedly for over a year. I have dealt with many developers in the UAE and invested with several of them, but I have never found — and I don’t expect I ever will find — a worse company than Azizi Developments. I have never experienced dealing with employees who all seem trained to disrespect clients, lie, and promise things that will never be delivered. The only thing that matters to them is the commission. As people, they do not seem to care how many lies they tell, how much damage they cause, or the extent of the harm they inflict on buyers and investors. Worst living ever! Building qualities horrible, always problemas in the building and apartment, the maintenance of the building is not for free they don’t fix anything even if the buildings are new. I would never ever buy or rent a property in azizi cause the customer service, quality etc is miserable!!!!

Living at Azizi Building has been incredibly frustrating. The fire alarm is constantly ringing, the ventilation issues have never been fixed, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything from your neighbors. Management has completely ignored all complaints, even after emails and involvement from Dubai Municipality. To top it off, a part of my ceiling actually COLLAPSED after a neighbor slammed a door. It’s a serious safety concern, and management just doesn’t care.
Azizi Riviera looks good in marketing, but the reality is disappointing. • Frequent water shutdowns (sometimes 12+ hours) • Poor plumbing – small pipes cause building-wide toilet blockages and we were told to not throw toilet paper in the toilet • Parking issues – boom gates don’t work, construction workers use resident spaces • Constant dust from ongoing construction (cars get dirty even after washing) • Traffic congestion – cars stop anywhere, even on one-way roads • Management does not address complaints at all, only sends their pointless notices where no actions are taken • Sharing in all…
Very poor management and extremely low construction quality. The buildings constantly face operational issues. The walls crack due to humidity and leaks, and instead of fixing the root cause, they only scrape off the swelling and repaint – nothing is ever repaired properly. As soon as all these problems started appearing, management simply said: “the warranty is over, you have to pay,” even though the same issues affect the entire community. This is how it looks the place this days. All the plans they have for this project sound fantastic, a private lagoon, a very good location, the new largest shopping center in the world is supposed to be very close to this area, everything sounds very good but nothing is finished yet, they are working on that and they say that some apartments will be delivered this year and the last ones next summer, they also plan to finish the lagoon in another year, but until now they have only begun to dig. I am sure that if they finish this project it will be a very good place to live but on the other…
