We have loved living here for the past four years. The facilities are beautiful, and living here has been such a comfort. It’s been a special place to come home to, and we will miss it!
Kyle is the BEST property manager I have ever had.. He is always so helpful and co-operative and makes the building feel so good and positive. Seriously - He made my time at Valencia so enjoyable and always goes that extra mile. Thank you!!

Honest review from someone who survived many years in this joint. Amazing facilities. Rooftop looked like a bachelor-party Airbnb. Private cinema is amazing. The gym was fine too, it didn’t have heavy weights, but the views were so good you almost forgot you were basically lifting children’s dumbbells. Unfortunately, the residents treat the visitors’ carpark like it was Black Friday at a Westfield, every day. Building management barely did anything about this, so good luck to your friends and family finding a car park when they visit you. The location has become more unsafe. The location is…
Amazing building with first class facilities. Spectacular views and quiet location. Everyone is so friendly. It's a lovely community.
Moved in the building as one of the first 10 resident in the building. Never had issue with living in such a great place. Easy access to public transport, convenient availability of parks, river front walk, and more facilities around. Noice, dog barking, traffic? Aren’t they also found in other suburbs?
This building is the noisiest building you could ever have the misfortune of living next too. Barking dogs left on balconies while inconsiderate owners sit inside watching movies and ignore their pets. Constant beeping noise when it rains from the carpark basement alarm being set on "stupid" sensitive. And when they have more than 3 cars leave the basement carpark and exhaust fan starts up which just goes all day long... Whoever approved this noisy sardine crammed tower to be developed in an area which used to be reasonably peaceful for a inner city suburb should change careers and become a…
