superb, friendly neighbours, pet friendly, alot of dogs š but construction is all over staff is good and nice but overall managment is new so lets see
I saw many reviews about the signal / network, but I didnāt believe them until I came for the viewing. The apartment was very nice, but unfortunately, I couldnāt go for it due to the horrible signal!! I think the management needs to take action and fix this issue.
Network is super bad! You need to fix this to not lose your tenants
BE CAREFUL OF EHSAN RAJA (Alarfeen Real Estate) Ehsan has returned AED 4,200 of my security deposit, instead of AED 5,500 He said that's the quotation of fixes: Wall paint Deep clean Cealing repair Water leaking repair AED 1,300 I am leaving the 2 videos for everyone to decide whether he was fair and faithful or not... I don't believe he was and will never work with him again! May God judge between me and you!

Bad maintenance overall and upkeep, building has 1 max 2 bar network. Pantheon? You want to build a brand and expand in the market while delivering such quality and products? Are you a legitimate business operator or trying to bring down Dubais image through your cheap work! Fix this now!
I and my Friend we bought 4 Apartment in *ELYSEE* last year. We Bought 2 in upfront paid and 2 posthandover payment plan and the things were going well and I always paid my instalments at time and never be late but when I paid last payment of July and August instead I have miss understand instead of 2% in July i paid 1% and August I pay also 1% instead of 5% i paid and I understand is my mistake but however we never get any email and any further notification that we will have penalty. We called them for handover the have informed us that we have to pay penalty with my payment receipt , I haveā¦

Extremely upset for having investment here!! They are charging high rates for such apartments, where they used cheap quality of materials !!! While materials used in seasons community is far more good and better than this new so called Luxury apartments. Donāt be fool by pics they are sharing in social media for branding!!! In reality its fare more different!! Although didnāt found any angle of such building Luxury. While dealing for finalizing the rate of apartment, they didnāt informed for highly amount of admin fees!!! They are very disrespectful to customers!! 1st they will chase you,ā¦
