  • Love these apartments. Everything is so close including freeways and parks. The units are so unique. I lived at Tru and have to say how wonderful it was. Max was my rental agent and he was so professional and so, so approachable. He made the whole experience very pleasant. Everyone I run into here are so nice. I was extremely happy and content with my time spent there.
  • The Tru staff has treated my girlfriend and I with an abundance of respect and grace. Max helped us from tour, to move in, and now throughout our stay so far. He's been absolutely fantastic in all aspects.
  • Looking for an apartment can be a difficult process, but Max at TRU helped me every step of the way, providing quick responses, and a warm welcoming attitude that calmed my nerves.
  • My experience here at Tru Bankers Hill has been a great experience. Isaac has been amazing from getting me into the unit I wanted to any small work order in my apartment. Thank you Isaac and I appreciate you.

  • We lived at Tru for three years! The location is AMAZING; close to everything. The town home lay out was perfect for our family and had to leave because we needed more space. Having the coffee shop downstairs was awesome, plus as a resident they have offer free resident coffee days! We always felt secure in the building and they clean it every day. The airplanes take a bit to get used to but after awhile you barely notice it. Besides the airplanes the only other downfall is there is not a ton of light in the apartments, very industrial feeling. The team at Tru was great to work with. Lauryn…
  • This review is well overdue, but as a long-time resident, I wanted to share my awesome experience at Tru. We absolutely love living here! We've been residents since the building opened and plan to stay for many more years. The dog park is an awesome perk, and I take my dog there daily. The flight deck BBQ area is a perfect spot to relax and grill. The maintenance team does an excellent job of keeping the grills and the rest of the property clean. While some might worry about being under the flight path, the building is well-constructed with great windows that we don’t even notice any noise…
  • As a real estate professional, I recently had the pleasure of touring Tru Bankers Hill, and I am thoroughly impressed with their vision and commitment to the community. Instead of following the trend of demolishing and replacing with generic, cookie-cutter projects, Tru has embraced the history and character of the building, transforming it into something truly special. It’s no wonder they’ve garnered so many awards. Tru's commitment to revitalizing Bankers Hill is evident in every detail. The building is now a bright spot on the hill, offering stunning bay views and located just a block away…
  • ***Stay Clear (listen to the video) Moved from SF to SD and was drawn to Tru because of the beautiful interiors. It looked amazing on paper but ended up being a nightmare and costly mistake. Cons: - excessive noise because of poor insulation. You will hear every ticktock, reel, and conversation from your neighbors above you no matter what area of the apt you are in. Sound travels easily and even sitting on my couch I can hear people walking, talking, and closing doors through my front door. You can hear full-on convos from the people above you via bathroom vents which is really creepy…
