Really from the worst management Put restrictions only Made a boring and bad system No one assist..they make me loss my furniture cause of submit Anything. Should submit more than one hour enter all your data from begging that’s for who living …narrow entrance on main road Buildings reception inside parking Main parking very very bad with construction maintenance zero And in additional construction 247 you live in pain..sorry to think that it’s deserve oneday .. Been living here for almost 4 years now. Love it! The proximity to schools, parks and Burj Khalifa
The worst stay ever in Dubai so far. Everything in the apartment smells. The walls and beds are in terrible condition. There's no vacuum cleaner; you can only sweep, and even then, it's not clean enough. Don't be fooled by the sofa bed; it's a back breaker for sure, suitable only for someone you truly hate. And yes, there's no balcony, no sun, no air. You literally cannot see what's outside the windows to refresh yourself; you're just stuck in a closed block. It's super frustrating, especially if you've traveled for a vacation. This place is not a vacation house.
Thank you to the property management team for assisting in securing and protecting the items on my balcony before the rain. The work was handled professionally and efficiently, helping to prevent unnecessary damage. I sincerely appreciate your sense of responsibility and proactive support. I feel very comfortable and at ease living in this community. I truly appreciate your efforts.

They hired an awful company for AC, Aqucool. They cut off our AC because of a late payment without giving us any warning. After paying the bill, we were told the AC would only be reactivated after 24 hours—leaving us in the apartment with two small children and no cooling. I would never recommend them. Think twice before hiring this company. And honestly, we would not even have faced this type of issue if Sobha had not chosen this company in the first place.

Building claims to be pet friendly, but it is not pet friendly at all. There is nowhere to take your pet even though the building rules say otherwise. Building management will have a problem even if you take pets in the street near the building, yet children are allowed to make noise until all hours of the night in common areas (they are constantly packed with unsupervised children), leaving their litter and toys everywhere for days on end, nevermind the shoes, water bottles and anything else you can think of left in common areas continually. The construction quality and detailing is top notch. The interiors of holiday homes are impressive and make best use of the available space. The built-in shoe rack was a revelation.
